INTRODUCTION
Cross Evangelistic Ministry International is established to propagate the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ in every nation of the earth.
A BRIEF HISTORY
The ministry started when Evang. Joachim Peter Erameh heard the call of God to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. The ministry’s first public presence was on the 28th of November, 2012, with a Facebook page named Voice of the Lord Evangelistic Ministry (VOLEM). The ministry was incorporated as Cross Evangelistic Ministry International on the 31st of December, 2021.
Cross Evangelistic Ministry International (CEMI), is an interdenominational ministry. It is not a Church, but a ministry established to win souls into the kingdom of God. The ministry started with the following people as trustees:
1. Evang. Joachim P. Erameh 2. Dcn. Olushola S. Owepetu 3. Dcn. Oluwamayowa A. Shaba 4. Pst. Emmanuel Olawuyi
Since inception, the ministry has made progress despite the attendant challenges and obstacles. There is no doubt that CEMI is growing and set to fulfill its mandate of propagating the gospel all over the world. CEMI is a movement (The Cross Movement). The ministry is open to anyone who wishes to join irrespective of nationality and denomination. The fundamental requirement to join the ministry is that you must be born again and have accepted Jesus Christ as your Personal Lord and Personal Saviour.

OUR CREED
1. We believe in the sinfulness and depravity of man occasioned by the fall of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden (See Romans 3: 23, 5: 12)..
2. We believe that sin separates man from God; and that without repentance, there is no forgiveness of sins (See Isaiah 59: 1- 2; Acts 2: 38, 3: 19; Luke 13: 3, 5).
3. We believe that Jesus Christ died on the Cross of Calvary to save us from our sins (See Romans 5: 6; 1 Corinthians 15: 3; 2 Corinthians 5: 15; 1 Thessalonians 5: 10).
4. We believe that Jesus Christ rose from the dead, ascended into heaven, and will come again (See Mark 16: 1- 6; Acts 1: 9- 11; Matthew 24: 44; John 14: 3).
5. We believe that there is no salvation in any other name, except in the name of Jesus Christ (See Acts 4: 12; John 3: 16; Romans 10: 13).
6. We believe that except a man be born again, he shall not see the Kingdom of God (See John 1: 12- 13, 3: 3; 1 Corinthians 6: 9- 10; Galatians 5: 19- 21).
7. We believe in the existence of heaven and hell. Heaven for the righteous and hell for the unrepentant sinner (See Romans 2: 6- 8; Matthew 25: 46; Revelation 21: 8, 27).
8. We believe that eternal life awaits those who will follow the Lord Jesus Christ to the end (See 1 John 2: 25, 5: 11; Titus 1: 2; John 3: 15).
OUR ACTIVITIES
1. We produce and distribute free tracts for personal evangelism.
2. We mobilize and train people for evangelism.
3. We are engaged in secondary school and campus evangelism to win young people for Christ.
4. We organize youth programmes.
5. We organize crusades aimed at reaching the masses with the message of the gospel.
6. We organize special outreach programmes aimed at reaching out to special and specific demographics of various communities.
7. We preach on social media and television.
8. We organize weekly programme where we gather to pray, sing and hear the word of God
9. We organize community development programmes as part of our corporate social responsibility.
10. We collaborate with Churches to organize special programmes for soul winning.
