God loves His children and treats them as special people. He watches over them, protecting them with His eyes fixed on them round the clock. God’s children are untouchable – God won’t let the wicked come near them. They’re the apple of His eye.
Zechariah 2:8 says, “He that toucheth you touchech the apple of His eye.” Anyone who dares touch a child of God is looking for trouble – like putting your hand in fire! God defends His children fiercely; He’ll do anything to protect them. He even killed enemies for their sake.
When Korah, Dathan, and Abiram rose against Moses, God made the earth swallow them (Numbers 16:1-33). Daniel’s accusers were thrown to lions (Daniel 6:1-24). Being a child of God is a privilege! They know they’re untouchable, fearing no evil or man.
David said, “Though I walk through the valley of death, I will fear no evil” (Psalm 23:4). “Though war rise against me, I will be confident” (Psalm 27:3).
Are you a child of God? The apple of His eye? If sin’s holding you back, repent and surrender to Jesus. Be a true child of God – be prayerful.
