Salvation is personal. It is your responsibility to work out your own salvation. Philippians 2 : 12 says, “Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.”
It is not compulsory for everyone to go to heaven. Going to heaven is a choice that you will have to make by yourself. Remember, nobody can help you to make that choice. It is true that God does not want anyone to perish (2 Peter 3: 9), but it is left for you to decide whether you would like to go to heaven or hell.
Dear reader of this tract, if you do not want to go to hell on the last day, fear God and keep His commandments (See Ecclesiastes 12: 13- 14). If you are living in sin, repent forthwith and surrender your life to the Lord Jesus Christ before it is too late.
Pray the following prayer and believe in your heart that your sins have been forgiven: Heavenly Father, I confess that am a sinner. Please, have mercy and forgive all my sins. Write my name in the book of life, and give me grace to serve you to the end in Jesus’ name.
If you have prayed the above prayer of repentance, take the following necessary steps:
1. Look for a Bible believing Church close to your residence, to be attending (Hebrews 10: 25).
2. Live a holy life (Hebrews 12: 14).
3. Study the word of God daily (2 Timothy 2: 15).
4. Be prayerful (1 Thessalonians 5: 17).
5. Be heavenly minded (Colossians 3: 2).
