In heaven’s court, once you are guilty of one offense, you are guilty of all. James 2:10 says, “For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.”

There is no sin that is small or big before God. Sin is sin, and they all carry the same punishment if not repented of. The Bible says, “The soul that sinneth, it shall die” (Ezekiel 18:4). Take note, the Bible did not specify the type of sin that will lead to death.

The fact that you are not committing adultery or fornication, but can tell lies, does not make you a saint. A liar is as guilty as the person who commits fornication, adultery, murder, idolatry, witchcraft, fraud, etc. God will judge every sin on the last day. Hebrews 9:27 says it is appointed unto all men once to die, but after this, the judgment.

It will not matter which sin is committed because sin is sin. On the last day, it is either one is found guilty or not guilty of sinning without repentance. Hebrews 12:1b says, “Let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.”

Dear reader, if there is anything that will make you get the guilty verdict on Judgment Day, lay it aside now. 1 John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us, and cleanse us from all unrighteouness.” Repent and surrender your life to Jesus Christ before it is too late.
