There is nothing that is too hard for God to do. The Lord said to Abraham, “Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son” (Genesis 18 : 14).
One of the things that make God to be God is his ability to do all things. There are numerous evidences in the Bible to prove that nothing is too hard for God to do. I will just mention three of them and they would be enough.
In John 9: 1- 7, Jesus made the man who was born blind to see. We were not told how old he was before he met Jesus. It is possible he was already twenty, thirty years old. Sarah had passed the age of child bearing before God gave her Isaac (See Genesis 21: 1- 3). Lazarus had spent four days in the grave before Jesus brought him back to life (John 11: 38- 45).
In our contemporary times, evidences abound of God’s ability to do all things. There is this testimony of a woman without a womb who actually conceived and gave birth to a child. There is also the story of a man whom doctors had written off and who was healed by Jesus.
What is that problem or issue in your life that is making you to cry everyday? Hand it over to the One who can do all things. Ask Him to do what He alone can do in your life.
God is willing to do that which you want Him to do in your life if you believe He can do it. That you have been praying concerning one thing for long, and no answer from God, does not mean that He cannot do it. As a child of God, you must be patient to allow God do what you want Him to do in your life at his own appointed time.
The only thing that will make God not to do anything in your life is sin. Isaiah 59 : 1- 2 says, “Behold, the LORD’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.”
Dear reader, before God will do anything in your life, you must be in the right standing with Him. This means that if you are living in sin, you must repent and give your life to Christ.
